Territory Sales Representative

Now Hiring: Territory Sales Representative

Precision of New Hampton is seeking a driven, competitive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by actively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate strong interest
  • Understand customer needs and effectively present solutions
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals
  • Manage and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory
  • Support and manage new accounts after the sale
  • Travel to visit customers, distributors, and trade shows (2–4 trips per year, 1–3 days each)

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with strong phone presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
