Precision of New Hampton is seeking a high-energy, reliable team player to join our growing manufacturing facility. This is a versatile Manufacturing Associate role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to tackle whatever needs to be done each day.

In this position, you will play an important part in keeping production flowing through assembly work, inventory management, shipping, and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of parts and components (repetitive tasks)
• Assemble and package kits for resale
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
• Pick and pull product for production and orders
• Handle shipping and logistics tasks
• Solve day-to-day problems as they arise
• Assist other team members with various tasks as needed
