Precision of New Hampton a family run business is seeking qualified individuals proficient in the Automotive Technical Aspects, Specifically the Transmission Rebuild process.

Must be willing to relocate to New Hampton, IA. if not already living close.

This is an office position that will help support and train our customers regarding technical knowledge surrounding the Torque Converter.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping up to date on the latest changes and trends in the Industry
• Teaching/Training Employees new knowledge and updating any company literature/guides
• Speaking with and providing technical support to customers over the phone.
• Attending Industry related trainings and conferences

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Transmission Rebuild process and parts.
• General Knowledge of Torque Converter is a must, however intricate Knowledge of Torque Converters is a huge plus.
• Willing to speak to customers regarding technical information.
• Ability to relay technical information over the phone.
• Must be good with Customers and Service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
